Honeywell delivers first three engines for India’s HTT-40
HAL to produce engine locally after first 16 deliveries. Honeywell has delivered the first set of engines for the Hindustan Aeronautics (HAL) HTT-40 basic trainer. The total delivery amounts to three TPE331-12B turboprops out of a total 16 to be supplied by Honeywell, says the company. Following this, HAL will produce and support the engine locally.
